Welcome Everyone to my very first Blog!!

I have started this Blog to compile random thoughts, recipes and other fun things in my new life here in Orlando.  Often times I have been requested by family and friends about things going on down here in the South, so I decided instead of using Facebook as a place to capture my stories and adventures that I would venture into the blogging world.
